About Grand Island

The Grand Island at Legacy is a gated community of 29 single family lots in Henderson, Nevada, located within the Green Valley Village master planned community and bordered by the Legacy golf course. The Association's common elements include the electronic entry gate, the private streets, and the landscaped common areas.

The Association is a Nevada nonprofit corporation, incorporated on July 12, 1995, and governed by a three member Board of Directors elected by the owners. It operates under its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Grant and Reservation of Easements (recorded in Clark County on November 30, 1995, and amended December 12, 1995), its Bylaws, the policies adopted by the Board, and Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 116. It is also a subassociation of the Green Valley Village master association.

Day to day operations, accounting, and compliance are handled by the Association's management company, Assured Real Estate.
